"We love Fred's work. He is accessible and comes to your home, eliminatiing a trip to the store, hauling in our computer. He listens to you, he understands the problem, and he fixes it, He gets all of our computer "to do's" done in a short amount of time. And we appreciate that he keeps us up to date via email on any potential computer threats that might be occuring, as well as answering questions we might have that can be simply answered via email."
